As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. This confirms that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then process your order as quickly as possible.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at CustomerService@VitalitAir.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should inspect the item(s), make note of it when signing for delivery, and notify us within 10 business days.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send the details of the damage along with any photos you can provide to CustomerService@VitalitAir.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
All orders within the US are not subject to sales tax. US orders also qualify for free shipping if the sub-total is above $99 USD (i.e. before taxes).
Canadian orders are subject to applicable sales tax (if you are shopping from Canada, be sure to contact us about special promotions and offers that are often available for Canadian residents only).
Credit card providers sometimes charge 'international fees' for cross-border online shopping. Although this is rare, we do want our customers to be aware of this possibility. As the charge comes from the credit card provider and not VitalitAir, we cannot offer refunds related to this charge if it is incurred.
