Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving full payment. Once the order has processed, you will receive an email notification with the appropriate tracking information and delivery details.

If you do not receive an email notification, please contact our team via email at CustomerService@VitalitAir.com. Include your name and order number and we will respond as soon as possible.

Shipping to the United States

Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States is free and usually takes 2 weeks (or less) from the date the order is placed. If your order does not arrive within this time period, please contact us.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories/possessions (Ex. Guam, Virgin Islands) may require a shipping fee, depending on the size of the order and/or special offers at the time of order placement. Delivery time is usually 2 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot control and are not responsible for delays that are due to inclement weather, customs processing, shipper delays (Ex. transportational problems), or other unavoidable issues.

Import/Customs Fees

We cannot control, and are not responsible for, additional fees that may be applied by U.S. or Canadian customs. We consider these potential fees when choosing our shipping options and we will continue to choose providers who guarantee quality service with minimal additional fees.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • We cannot control, and are not responsible, delays that are caused by weather conditions, incorrectly entered addresses, or issues related to the receiver (e.g. if no one is available to properly receive the item at the listed address).
  • Customers should receive their orders within 10 business days of payment receipt. The 10-day period covers only regular business days (Monday-Friday) and not major holidays. If you have concerns about a possible delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
  • If your order does arrive damaged, it is your responsibility to note this with the delivery person and also with us. We require notification of the damage within 10 business days. When you contact us, please provide a clear description of the damage, including photos if possible.
